How long have you been in business?
Twelve years as business broker.
What is your primary product or service?
Represent business owners wishing to sell their business. Primary focus is on industrial manufacturing, distribution and service opportunities in the Greater Houston area.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Worked for an international petroleum / chemical logistics service company for 18 years; with much of my work in the area of new project development, acquisitions and divestitures. Later worked as consultant on projects for similar companies. Found that my background in identifying opportunities, valuating opportunities, deal negotiations, due diligence and closing activities could be valuable assets for a business broker.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Have great experience in understanding business valuation and ability to look at deals from a buyer's perspective, so I am able to better present opportunities to my buyers.
