Can you imagine a doctor’s office giving the same prescription to all of their patients? Neither can we! But that’s exactly what some trainers do, using the same plan for all of their clients regardless of individual differences. Howdy my name is Justice and I was put on this earth to help people reach their fitness goals and learn to love the gym as much as I do. My personal training style has a broad range from tailoring physiques, building athletes from the ground up, or lifestyle/habit building. But one thing every client of mine can expect is to have a program that tailor made to them and explanation behind everything that we do.
