The lack of customer service is appalling. I was disappointed to find out that the appointment that was made was not honored. Only after several calls made was advised they are running late. I got 1 quote by phone and another completely different in person which was way higher. Then I was told ,"its not my problem". I contacted the office and was advised that they are the professionals. They can't clean only other wise they can't guarantee the service. She proceeded in a very condescending tone that the appointment was 9-1pm which Never was mentioned. and that the technicians now better . I asked for her name she refused and when I stated that I will submit my comment via social media she stated you must have a lot of time on your hands and hung up.

They removed all of the stains! and made our carpet look like new. Thank you very much for your professional services.
