I really appreciate John's hard work. He basically saved my washer and my wallet. It took him a little while to get it but the it works the loud noises and rattling are gone as well.

MY friend John is a very smart man and knows everything about everything. He can repair any appliance and he honored an expired coupon that I had kept for years.
