How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Cecilia “Cece” E. Garrett. – President. Cece has been actively working in commercial real estate for over 24 years. Cece’s experience includes the management, leasing and coordination of the disposition of office, retail and industrial properties (including over 300 RTC and FDIC properties.) She successfully managed and directed 65 real estate agents in 7 Houston area real estate offices.
Brant E. Widener – Managing Director. Mr. Widener as been actively working in commercial real estate for over 24 years. He has successfully leased and managed private investor portfolios on over 4.5M square feet, in over 47 retail, office and industrial properties and has completed over 850 lease transactions on over 21 million square feet of leased space.
