How long have you been in business?
I have been busy for almost eight year.
What is your primary product or service?
Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am 1 third generation acupuncturist. My great grandparent also a Chinese doctor in china.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Integrity is my main concern. My treatment plan usually start with 3 treatments and within 3 treatment, if I cannot resolve or not able to help the patient then I will recommend alternative for my patient. For example, an acute sprain may require only one treatment, whereas more severe or chronic ailments may require multiple treatments. A positive response is generally seen after the first to third treatment in chronic cases. Once optimum response is achieved, treatments are tapered off so the greatest amount of symptom-free time elapses between them.
