How long have you been in business?
Our total years of experience combined is more than 30 years. The company is around 10 years old, but it we are a collection of different technicians so the actual amount of years varies.
What is your primary product or service?
Most of our clients come for deep cleaning treatments. Houston has a very high humidity rate and this can cause some serious problems for carpets, so our clients like to be preventative. Of course, we see the usual stain and pet accident often as well.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been customer service oriented, but I want to provide a service that I could deliver to my clients' home. I know that as a consumer myself, having a product brought to me is much more convenient.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We're local, local, local. Our focus is on our local clients. I feel that many of our competitors are branching out for state and national recognition. We're happy we are.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 1 and no, we do not plan to expand. We like to keep things intimate.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept just about anything. Give us a call if you're not sure.

Mainly the whole Houston-Baytown-Sugarland metro, Harris County, Fort Bend, Four Corners, Meadows Place, Pecan Grove, Cinco Ranch, New Territory, Stafford, and Bunker Hill Village
