I do exterior chip repair, and remove light scratches from automobiles
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I had a friend that owned the Oklahoma City area, saw him perform his work and was impressed. I had a retail business that was doing great in the automotive service industry right before 9-11. We were brick and mortar and could with stand the downturn. This time i am mobile and work out of home.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Nobody has the ability that I have seen to mix paint I have seen in a mobile unit to 100% factory match, and give a 100% chip adhesion guarantee. My final product stands out over the rest.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I currently have two dealers lots, a infinity, and mazda. I am constantly doing sales work to expand dealers lots. I am also wanting to extend my business as a mobile unit servicing people's vehicles at their residence or place of business.
