How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Since I was a child, I've been taking apart and fixing things. At 17, I started by doing construction demolition and then worked my way up to project manager until I started my own home remodeling company in 1997.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a small personalized family oriented, owned and operated handyman service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location without plans to expand - we like to be able to offer personal touch services.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, debit & credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
Houston, Stafford, Sugarland, Galveston, Katy
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Daily operations are run by our operations manager, Tonya Banks,who is also part owner in the company.
What are your hours of operation?
We offer 24hr emergency service. Regular hours are from 7am - 7pm.
