How long have you been in business?
I founded the Baumgartner Law Firm in 1985 and have been in the same area of NW Houston ever since.
What is your primary product or service?
We help Texas families with serious injury and wrongful death claims. We are very selective in the cases we accept to ensure we have the time and resources to excel with the cases we take.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was very fortunate to have excellent role models growing up and also once I became an attorney. One of my guiding principles is to always look for ways to "pay it forward".
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do not have a high volume personal-injury practice, Instead choosing to focus on very serious injury and wrongful death cases. By limiting the cases we accept, we are able to devote the time and attention necessary to give the best personal service to each and every client. Not to mention to develop the case to its fullest for our mutual benefit.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
The principal office is in Houston, Texas and has been in the same area for over 35 years.

What type of payments do you accept?
We charge no fee unless we recover money for you. All the cases we accept are on a contingency fee basis, meaning we only get paid if we win the case. We advance all case expenses out of our pocket. No fee on expense is owed unless you get money.

The greater Houston area, including Conroe, Waller, Humble, The Woodlands and Kingwood and Galveston.

Mon - Sat 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Our telephones answered for emergencies 24/7.

I can not tell you how good it feels when a client says "thank you". We have clients call or stop by that we represented long ago and are still friends with. The relationships with our clients are the rewarding part of our practice.
