What is your primary product or service?
We offer complete party packages for kids parties. The inflatable is just for starters, but to provide a complete solution we offer tables and chairs, outdoor music / PA systems, concession rentals like snocones and popcorn machines, and we are working to provide decorations and goodie bags to help the parent get everything they need in one place.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do not follow a "profit motivation" business model. We have developed a purpose for our company - "To help parents create awesome and memorable events for their kid's special occasions". This isn't just a plaque on our wall, we have actually developed a set of foundation principles (available on our company blog - standfor.bouncypro.com )that guide every decision to help us fulfill our purpose. Our focus on the customer, not the bottom line, helps us provide our customers extremely successful events.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept the major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Of course, we also accept cash. Checks are accepted from schools, churches, and businesses.
Which areas do you service?
Our warehouse is located in Spring, but our service are extends across the Greater Houston area. Our top 5 cities we service are Spring, Tomball, Cypress, The Woodlands, and Katy.

We are highly accessible. You can call our office (281) 205-0208 or email us at rentals@bouncypro.com 7 days a week, 8:00AM-8:00PM. The office phone usually forwards to someone's cell, and we welcome calls 24 hours a day. If someone is awake, they will answer your call! We are also available for chat directly on our website if you prefer to contact us that way as well.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We just love it when we go to pick up inflatables from a party, and the kids are still playing and don't want to get out! It's a little sad, we feel kind of like the bad guys, but it's great to see kids having fun. I always imagine how awesome it must feel for a kid to be looking up at this huge 18 ft tall waterslide towering over them for the first time.
