Managed Service Provider and also computer repair and networking.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started learning about computer repair and networking in 2007. I've loved ever since.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I never charge by the hour. All of my services are flat rate. I also try and take a proactive stance with the MSP division of the company.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are an "onsite provider".
