We are a Hot Yoga Studio in The Woodlands that is committed to offering the best Hot Yoga instruction for the development of the body, mind and spirit. Our vision is to create a supportive environment for our members and local health and wellness professionals to promote health through the practice of Yoga.
We offer New Express Hot Yoga Class (50 Minutes) and Traditional Hot Yoga Class (90 Minutes).
Our New Express Hot Yoga Class is the same as the Traditional Hot Yoga Series, but offered in a 50-minute format. It includes all twenty-six postures and two breathing exercises and is taught in a heated room. This beginners’ therapeutic series of yoga was designed to allow more people to practice hot yoga more often.
Traditional Hot Yoga Classes are taught by the "Bikram Method," and are a beginner's therapeutic series of yoga that is comprised of twenty-six postures and two breathing exercises performed in a heated room for 90-minutes. This series is designed for all ages and levels of fitness and it encompasses all three aspects of fitness: Endurance, Strength and Flexibility. The Classic Hot Yoga Class is an inspired sequence that will assist in bringing your life into balance.
