We are celebrating our 12th year in business in 2013!
What is your primary product or service?
Corporate Incentives including gifts and awards for programs for Safety, Years of Service, Wellness, Sales, etc.
Trade Show displays, trade show marketing materials and promotional products.
Custom embroidered, silk-screened, and rhinestone decorated clothing and uniforms.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We are a group of ex-corporate world employees who wanted to branch out and do something more creative. We haven't looked back since!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are creative, fun, and vested in your success. We get excited about your events and goals as if they were our own.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location but most of our customers prefer to call or email for great ideas. Then we can quickly send them photos and pricing of the newest and most creative ideas for their project.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept credit cards, paypal, and can set up terms upon approval.
Which areas do you service?
All! We have happy customers all over the United States.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The company is run by Suzanne Anderson LeBlanc, a native Houstonian, who graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in MIS (Management Information Science). She is active in the community and has a family of 4 children, two awesome son-in-laws, 2 giant pound puppies and a husband who is hanging on for this wild ride.
What are your hours of operation?
One day we will might have sane hours but we find we serve our customers best if we are always available, which we are, through phone, email, facebook, and even text.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment anyone can give us is that we tried harder than anyone else, and really helped them achieve their goals. I like making my customers look good in the eyes of their bosses and customers. I love it when they come back and tell me how much everyone liked the item they gave out!
