Great shop!! I recently moved into Humble TX for work a year ago. I have noone out here and was looking for a mechanic to service my car. I visited a few shops to enquire a bit on some issues i was having. I didnt get great vibes from the service writers at any shops. As a woman I feel i have to be a little apprehensive but when i found Advance tech auto, thru a referral from autozone, they made me feel very comfortable. The service writer josh shared his knowledge with a hint of compassion that made me feel that i was more than just a dollar sign. I went ahead and authorized the repair. They fixed my car fast and did not rip me off. I thank them from the bottom of my heart and will be back any time i need them.

Noone wants to have to visit an automotive repair shop. Yet it is an inevitable reality of car ownership. But this shop cushions my experiences. They definately ease my worries if only a little bit. Financially i am just hanging in there but they have the best hourly labor rate in town and from time to time allow me a few weeks to come up with the remaining balance if at times i can't afford everything at that time. These are Great mechanic's and overall just Great people!!!
