How long have you been in business?
Over 15 years, 12 years of that located in Old Town Spring.
What is your primary product or service?
Gifts & Engraving Services. "We can take almost anything you can imagine and put it on almost anything you can imagine!"
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have a background in machining, engineering and computer networking and computerized graphic arts. A friend worked at a place that had a laser used only for marking flat name plates for part identification. I realized quickly that there were many more uses someone with a lot of graphics and machining skills could find for lasers...so I "retired", spent all my savings and maxed out my credit cards for equipment, and here we are today.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have more artistic ability, more mechanical ability and more flexibility to do custom work than any other engraver in the Houston area. Our "standard" products are all custom engraved *any* way you want them, so custom work on our customer's items they bring in, is no challenge.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At present we have one location, with plans to add a second one in the near future.
