We specialize in filling various size bottles, drums, totes, pails, supersacks, bag in box and bulk containers. South Atlantic Services has two locations in Houston, TX and one in Wilmington, NC.
South Atlantic Services has specialized blenders, glass lined and rubber lined equipment used for reaction chemistry. Bottles are filled with high speed fillers, packed into cases and palletized with stretchwrap. Statistical process control is used for extensive quality control. Insulated stainless steel mixing vessels with mechanical agitation and heating and cooling coils are used in the blending process. Dry cylindrical mixers are used for powder blending. Delumping and grinding is a specialty that we perform for many of our customers.
South Atlantic Services offers transportation via water, rail or truck. We have one location in Houston located directly on the shipping channel. These means of transportation allow SAS to efficiently and economically service the entire United States.
