How long have you been in business?

What is your primary product or service?
Security systems, security cameras, fire alarms, access control systems, and alarm monitoring.
We can do home security systems including cameras.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked for ten years for a national alarm company. Got tired of customers being disappointed by poor customer service. it's great to offer a small, local business where our clients know us all by name and enjoy working with the same people year after year! Our founder and owner is a disabled US Army Veteran, and believes community and small business is what makes America great!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our phone system lets customers get to a live person with just ONE button press, not a lot of menu choices. Plus most of our clients have their installers or service tech's cell number if they have a quick question.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have an office in Houston, Tx and in Beaumont Tx. Our alarm monitoring center is in San Antonio Tx.

We are located in North Houston, near the intersection of Beltway 8 North and the Hardy Toll Road. Very close to IAH. We service a 100 mile radius.
What type of payments do you accept?
Visa, Amex, Master Card, Check, we can also setup auto-pay via credit card and checking account. We even accept cash with a proper ID! (That part was a joke, no ID needed for cash)
Which areas do you service?
Houston, Tx, Harris County, all bordering counties and anything within 100 miles of our office. If you live in another state you'll have to move to Texas to get our great. local personal service!
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our founder and Genera Manager is Rick Overholt. Tab Loyd is our Operations Manager, and Pat Pool is our Service Manager.
What are your hours of operation?
8:30 - 5PM Mon-Fri with standby techs after hours.
