This data is used to develop and deploy a Value Proposition to maximize profitability and growth.

Mr. Steve Raschilla is President of GALE consulting, a specialist firm helping clients profitably improve their competitive position in the marketplace. GALE consulting offers a fact-based, data driven system for making the decisions required to beat the competition, and create the alignment needed to be a successful market-driven organization. Prior to joining GALE consulting, Steve spent over 18 years at Amoco Production Company in the exploration business with a proven track record in finding hydrocarbons, leadership, managing partnerships, project management, strategic planning, and human resources development.
