How long have you been in business?
BRADIE, BRADIE & BRADIE was formed in 1991, however Peter R. Bradie started his practice in 1978.
What is your primary product or service?
Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trust and Estate Planning, Probate, Business Entity formation for starting business and asset protection, Business support, and Commercial Collections/Commercial Litigation.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Peter R. Bradie was an engineer (mechanical, aerospace and petrochemical) and after 20 years in that profession also became an attorney. Anna B. Bradie had her undergraduate degree in philosophy and went back to law school later in life. Michell S. Bradie got her undergraduate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, and after working overseas decided to go to law school. Anna and Michell went to law school together, and are the first mother/daughter team in the nation to do that. Michell S. Bradie is a third generation attorney since both her grandfathers were attorneys. It must be in the blood.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a family firm that practices law the old fashioned way. We treat our clients with the same respect and concern that we treat our own family. We return telephone calls and emails. We even meet clients at the hospital if necessary.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have several satellite locations that we meet clients, so please call our office and we will find a location that is most convenient.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Our principal location is in the FM 1488 & FM 2978 area, which is Magnolia, Texas, by mailing purposes, but we are more north Woodlands and south Conroe by physical location.
What type of payments do you accept?
Checks and cash. We do not accept credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
Harris and Montgomery counties principally, but also handle matters in Waller and Grimes counties too.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our firm is owned by its partners and they run the daily operations of the firm.
What are your hours of operation?
Generally, they are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. However, if circumstances warrant, we will work with clients with after-hours appointments.
